Apparatus and method for adaptive ship-to-shore information synchronization

Provided is an apparatus and method that may adaptively apply an amount of target information corresponding to and conditions when exchanging information between a shore and a ship. The method for an adaptive ship-to-shore information synchronization may include extracting, by a ship server within a ship, modified information from a ship information table having at least one information field to transmit the extracted modified information to a control server of a shore, and resetting, by the ship server, a modified flag value of the information transmitted to the control server as the ship server receives a message indicating that an information update at the control server is competed based on the transmitted information.
