PURPOSE: A lubricating oil degraded state detection sensor and system are provided to extend the service life of mechanical device by preventing excessive abrasion state. CONSTITUTION: A lubricating oil degraded state detection sensor comprises a pore ceramics(11), an insulation support plate(12), an insulating filler(13), and an electrode plate(14). The conductive material actuates on the parallel resistance when the gas of the lubricating oil passes through the pore ceramics. The insulation support plate helps the insulation of the pore ceramics. The insulating fillers help the insulation between the electrodes installed in the pore ceramics. The pore ceramics and insulating fillers are inserted into the electrode plate. The electrode plate is supported with the insulating fillers.
