PURPOSE: A panel aligning unit and panel attaching device with the same are provided to attach a panel while the balance between a first panel and a second panel is precisely adjusted, thereby uniformly keeping the interval between the first panel and the second panel. CONSTITUTION: A first plate(101) rotates around a first axis. A second plate(102) rotates around a second axis. A third plate(103) elevates in a third axis direction. A first hinge rod(110) fixes a first plate to a second plate. A second hinge rod(120) fixes the second plate to the third plate.
