PURPOSE: A micro bubble generator is provided to maintain blend oil in an emulsion form and to suppress separation of the blend oil into water and fuel. CONSTITUTION: A micro bubble generator comprises: an inlet hole(211) for adding blend oil of water and fuel; a hollow housing(1) comprising an outlet hole for discharging the blend oil; a rotation shaft(4) which rotationally mounted by penetrating the center of the housing; a stirring member(5) which rotates together with the rotation shaft and stirs the blend oil; a penetration hole(61) through which the rotation shaft passes; an orifice plate(6) having a plurality of jet hoels(62); and a blade(7) for guiding the blend oil to the outlet hole.
