PURPOSE: An optical plate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the delamination phenomenon of optical sheets by stably bonding a first optical sheet and a second optical sheet. CONSTITUTION: A first optical sheet(151) is formed into a protruded shape and includes first patterns. A reflective layer(155) is arranged on the upper side of the first optical sheet. A second optical sheet(153) is arranged on the upper side of the reflective layer. The rear surface of the second optical sheet is in contact with the reflective layer. The second optical sheet includes second patterns protruded from the front surface of the second optical sheet.
