PURPOSE: A fatty liver treating agent composition using tomato plant extract and /or Torilis japonica extract is provided to prevent hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer. CONSTITUTION: A fatty liver treating agent composition contains Torilis japonica extract, tomato plant extract, or Lithospermum erythrorhizon extract as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated using ethanol, methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, saturated normal butanol, chloroform, methylene chloride, water, or mixture solvent thereof. The composition is food composition or pharmaceutical composition. |
