PURPOSE: A cypress flavor composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a medicinal effect and to improve utility thereof. CONSTITUTION: A cypress flavor composition contains a cypress flavor extract extracted through distillation as an active ingredient. In the cypress flavor extract, the extract of scutellariae radix is added. A manufacturing method of the cypress flavor composition using yellow soil water includes: a step of preparing yellow soil water by adding spring water to yellow soil; and a step of extracting a cypress flavor extract having the cypress flavor by mixing the yellow soil water and cypress and heating and distilling the mixture. |
