PURPOSE: Salt containing fermented soybean paste components, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the taste and the flavor of fermented soybean paste to the salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salt containing fermented soybean paste components comprises the following steps: mixing water and salt in a ratio of 1:1, and stirring(S100); heating the salt for 2~3hours at 100deg C for removing heavy metals(S200); secondly heating the salt at 100~600deg C for 4~6hours(S300); drying the heated salt at 80~90deg C(S400); spraying 5~30wt% of fermented soybean paste solution to 100wt% of dried salt(S500); stirring the mixture(S600); and drying the mixture at room temperature(S700).
