PURPOSE: A high frequency module is provided to enable a high frequency module to prevent external surge from flowing into a circuit element and to authentically prevent the break down of a switch IC by external surge. CONSTITUTION: A ground electrode for external connection includes a first ground electrode for external connection for ESD device and a second ground electrode for external connection for switch IC and transceiving system circuit. A second ground connection path is individually formed within a laminated substrate(200) for connecting the first ground electrode and the second ground electrode.
