PURPOSE: An atomization apparatus is provided to freely set atomization surface of liquid and to keep liquid in a maintain member. CONSTITUTION: An atomization apparatus comprises: a base(1) formed of piezoelectric material having flat surface; a surface acoustic wave generating unit placed on the surface of the base; a porous repair member(3) for supplying liquid to the surface of the base; and a liquid storage unit(5) which is directly or indirectly connected to the repair member and supplies the liquid to the repair member.
