PURPOSE: An injection mold for forming lenses is provided to check the location change of a core due to a sliding of the core by measuring the concentricity of a lens in the ejection of lens. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold for forming lenses comprises upper and lower dies(20,40), a cavity(30), top and bottom cores(22,42), core insertion parts(32,34), and transformed members(26). The cavity is formed on the upper or lower die. Lens injection liquid is supplied to the cavity. The top and bottom core are arranged inside the upper and lower die, respectively. The top and bottom core form the lens and pressurizes the lens injection liquid to the cavity. The core insertion part supplies the movement space for the core. The transformed member is arranged between the core insertion part and the core. If the displacement occurs, the transformed member controls the core location of the core insertion part to match the concentric circles of face and tail side the lens.
