The present invention is directed to compositions including at least one sugar silicone surfactant, at least one polyamine; at least one oil-soluble polar modified polymer, and water. The present invention also relates to method of making-up a keratinous substrate comprising applying onto the substrate in an amount sufficient to make up the substrate a composition according to the invention.
