PURPOSE: A system for controlling the striking force and preventing the idle blow of a breaker is provided to reduce the striking power of a striking rod by reducing a piston stroke. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the striking force and preventing the idle blow of a breaker is composed as follows. A high-pressure pipeline(60), connected to an accumulator(50), is connected to a hydraulic pressure inlet pipe(70) to control a piston(40) for striking a striking rod(30). A low-pressure pipeline(90), connected to a hydraulic pressure outlet pipe(80), is connected to one side of the high-pressure pipeline through a pipeline adjustment valve(100). An idle blow preventive pipeline(110), a weak blow changeover port(120), a strong blow changeover pipeline(130), and a strong changeover port(140) are connected to one end of the high-pressure pipeline through an idle blow and striking force control valve(150) to control the stroke of a piston.
