PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability of an actuator while a drive mechanism unit and a control circuit unit do not adversely affect each other, and to miniaturize the actuator. SOLUTION: In an actuator 1, a drive mechanism unit 30 comprising a motor 40, an output shaft 50 for turning a lamp unit 150 for irradiating the light, and a transmission gear system 60 for transmitting the rotation from the motor to the output shaft and a control circuit unit 70 for controlling the drive of the motor are arranged in a housing 10. An intermediate wall 22 is formed so as to divide a space in the housing in the thickness direction of a substrate for the control circuit unit, the drive mechanism unit is arranged in one divided space, and the control circuit unit is arranged in the other divided space.
