PURPOSE: A P-type NiO conductive film for an organic solar battery, manufacturing method thereof, and organic solar battery with increased electric energy conversion efficiency are provided to coat the organic solar battery by a precursor solution of a sol type to manufacture an N type conductive film, thereby increasing the electric energy conversion efficiency of the organic solar battery with a NiO conductive film. CONSTITUTION: An anode(2) is formed on a substrate(1). A P-type conductive film(3) is formed on the anode. A photoactive layer(4) is formed on the P-type conductive film. An N-type conductive film(6) is formed on the photoactive layer. A cathode(5) is formed on the N-type conductive film.
