PURPOSE: An emulsion manufacturing system using air is provided to increase the purify of emulsion by eliminating foreign materials while an emulsifying process is implemented. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion manufacturing system includes a first liquid storing tank(10), a second liquid storing tank(20), a processing tank(30), an emulsifier storing tank(40), an emulsion mixer(50), and an emulsion storing tank(80). The first liquid storing tank includes first liquid. The second liquid storing tank includes second liquid. The first liquid and the second liquid are supplied to the processing tank in order to implement an emulsifying process. The emulsifier storing tank supplies an emulsifier to the processing tank. The emulsion mixer is installed in the processing tank and emulsifies the first liquid and the second liquid. Emulsified liquid is stored in the emulsion storing tank. |
