PURPOSE: A conveyor apparatus of a component mounting unit is provided to increase the working speed by mounting a part on various substrates and to distribute a substrate in a plurality of mounting stages. CONSTITUTION: An X-Y gantry(200) is installed on the top of a base. The X-Y gantry offers the movement route of a head unit for a component mounting unit. A mount stage(300) is numerously installed in the overhead work domain of the base. A substrate supply unit(400) and a substrate discharging unit(500) are respectively installed in the substrate supply direction and eject direction of the base. A substrate distributing unit is installed between the substrate supply unit and THE substrate discharging unit.
