NEW PLANT VARIETY OF ROSE, 'SAEROMI'

PURPOSE: A novel plant variety of rose, Saeromi, is provided to ensure excellent cultivation property and long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A novel plant variety of rose, Saeromi, is prepared by irradiating gamma-ray to a little rose plant at 70Gy for 24 hours, and performing unisexual propagation. The novel rose plant has characteristics of: powder pink color; 9.2+/-0.7cm of flower width; 30.5+/-1.5 pieces of petal number; a circular petal shape; strong fragrance; and green back leaf color.
