METHOD OF BANDPASS SAMPLING USING SINGLE SIDEBAND CONVERTING

PURPOSE: A method of bandpass sampling using single sideband converting is provided to convert plural RF bandpass signals into a signal having a single sideband spectrum. CONSTITUTION: A method of bandpass sampling using single sideband converting comprises the steps of: selecting a desirable band(S10); converting the bandpass filtered signal into a complex signal; forming a single sideband signal by adding the filtered signal and the complex signal(S20); obtaining an effective sampling frequency domain by sampling the bandpass(S30, S40); and selecting the minimum frequency among the effective sampling frequency domains into a sampling frequency(S50, S60).
