PURPOSE: A method for forming a photoelectric device is provided to improve the conversion efficiency of a solar cell by increasing a band gap of materials by a chemical process which inputs gallium into thin film photoelectric materials. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(100) includes a substrate(160), a rear contact layer(150), and a hetero structure(170). The substrate provides a mechanical support for the solar cell. The hetero structure includes a first semiconductor layer(140), a second semiconductor layer(130), and a third semiconductor layer(110). The first semiconductor layer includes CIGS semiconductor materials which act as a light absorbent. The third semiconductor layer includes a zinc oxide layer formed on the second semiconductor layer. |
