NOVEL IMMOBILIZING FUSION PROTEIN FOR EFFECTIVE AND ORIENTED IMMOBILIZATION OF ANTIBODY ON SURFACES

PURPOSE: A novel fusion protein for a novel antibody fixation is provided to effectively attach to a solid substrate and to detecting an antigen. CONSTITUTION: A fusion protein for antibody fixation contains a mussel adhesive protein having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 6 with Staphylococcus aureus-derived protein A or an amino acid of protein A fragment and sequence number 6. The protein A has an amino acid of sequence number 7. A bio-chip for immune response contains the fusion protein for antibody fixation. A method for detecting an antibody comprises: a step of preparing a biochip containing the fusion protein; a step of fixing the antibody to an antigen; a step of reacting a sample to the bio-chip; and a step of measuring antigen-antibody reaction.
