PURPOSE: A ball launching device ring assembly for batting practice and a pitching device for batting practice using the same are provided to change throwing direction of a ball in various directions. CONSTITUTION: A ball launching device ring assembly for batting practice comprises: a ring frame(110) of a ring shape; a motor installation unit(120) which is perpendicularly equipped on a central line in the inner circumference of the ring frame; a pair of motors(130) which are installed vertically at a regular interval on one side of the motor installation unit and can rotate; a hemispherical groove which is respectively installed in the rotary shaft of the motor and is formed in the outer circumference thereof; and a pitching roller(140) which is rolled by the friction revolution power.
