PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to check that unauthorized access is being made. SOLUTION: In a terminal device 2, a terminal key unique to the terminal device 2 is prepared beforehand (step S11). Then, at the time of access request, the prepared terminal key and personal information are transmitted (step S12). An authentication server 1 performs authentication processing (step S1), if authenticated, retrieves key history information using the personal information, and collates a detected past terminal key with this acquired terminal key (step S2). As the collation result, if the past terminal key does not match this terminal key, the server notifies a past use terminal device based on the key history information and the terminal device having made this access request that an access request has been made from another terminal device (step S3).
