PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the advantageous allocation of the power consumption of a power source associated with the multifunction of a lens unit by eliminating the power consumption of a driving mechanism necessary for the locking release of a correcting means and also to attain miniaturization and the reduction of costs. SOLUTION: In the lens unit provided with the correcting means to correct vibration and a locking means 7 to lock the correcting means and having a vibrationproof system to perform vibration correction and a vibrationproof pre-operation means to set the vibrationproof system in a vibrationproof preparation state, the vibrationproof pre-operation means is constituted of a manual operation means 1 and driving mechanisms 8a, 8b, 8c and 15 to set the locking means from a state in which the correcting means is locked to a locking release state and to hold the state thereof by linking with the operation of the manual operation member. |
