PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the discrimination of a new variation from re-variation by notifying players of the re-variation. SOLUTION: As regards a game machine such as a Pachinko game machine, special figures are stopped once (step S76) after showing on a special pattern display device (display part) that a ready-for-win state takes place (S74). Thereafter, players or others are notified of the re-variation (or possibility of re-variation) (step S78a). For example, a chance meter appears on the foreground ahead of the special figures on a screen. A plurality of levels (for example, 10 levels) are set onto the chance meter and when the meter oscillates vertically and reaches a prescribed level (for example, highest level), the players are notified of incoming re-variation. Thereafter, when the meter reaches another prescribed level (YES: step S80), the re-variation of the special figures is started (step S82a).
