Force transmission between a fastening eyelet (7) and connecting links (8,9) is carried out by rotating the pivot in the sleeve body around 90 degree. The sleeve body comprises an elliptical opening for receiving the expanding body, so that inner surfaces of the wall are elliptically formed. The dowel pin and pivot are made up of molded-plastic molded part.
