PURPOSE: Marinated semisulcospira libertine and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the flavor and the taste of the semisulcospira libertine. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of marinated semisulcospira libertine comprises the following steps: washing semisulcospira libertine several times for removing foreign materials(S100); dipping the washed semisulcospira libertine in purified water for removing sea mud(S200); settling the semisulcospira libertine(S300); parboiling the semisulcospira libertine for 10~30second, and softly rubbing the semisulcospira libertine for removing eyes(S400); boiling the semisulcospira libertine for 3~5minutes(S500); preparing spicy sauce for marinating using the obtained semisulcospira libertine stock(S700); inserting the boiled semisulcospira libertine into the spicy sauce(S800); and aging the mixture for 24hours at 4~8deg C(S900). |
