PURPOSE: A picture quality controller based on online network is provided to easily prevent the damage of disconnection of image data by easily outputting image data suitable for the available bandwidth of a user. CONSTITUTION: A picture quality correction control module(101) communicates with an image data providing server(201), operates a network based process script(400) within a user client and supplies image data. A network status metric-based information acquisition module(103) controls a picture quality correction control module and acquires necessary network status based information. A network status measuring module(104) measures a network state value. A picture quality correction value capturing module(107) corresponds to the network status value. |
