PURPOSE: A modified sulfur binder is provided to exhibit properties capable of remelting at a temperature of 100 °C or less by modifiying sulfur by mixing heterocyclic amines or alkylamines as a modifier of sulfur with a dicyclopentadiene-based modifier. CONSTITUTION: A modified sulfur binder includes sulfur and, as a modifier of sulfur, (a) 0.1~100.0 parts by weight of dicyclo pentadiene-bsaed modifier based on 100 parts by weight of sulfur, and (b) 0.01~200 parts by weight of heterocyclic amines based on 100 parts by weight of sulfur. The heterocyclic amines are at least one selected from the group consisting of pyridine, quinoline, isoquinoline, acridine, pyrrole, piperazine, pyrolidone, their homologue, isomer of pyridine, and isomer of a homologue of pyridine.
