PURPOSE: A fixing device for a heat insulator is provided to improve a heat insulation effect by preventing a heat insulator from boring when the heat insulator is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for a heat insulator comprises a pressing unit(10) and a binding unit(20). The pressing unit presses the surface of a heat insulator. One or more awl units(11) are formed in the pressing unit and are inserted into the top surface of the heat insulator. An opening is formed on the top surface of the pressing unit. A protrusion is formed along the edge of the opening of the pressing unit. The binding unit is composed of an elastic material and binds the pressing unit to a form.
