PURPOSE: A self participation-oriented internet video English education system is provided to promote friendship between students and English lecturers. CONSTITUTION: A student is able to access a lecturer to study English through a system. A platform and a messenger are developed in order to enable a user to study English at low costs through an hourly charging system. An introduction window about a lecturer is exposed. The English level of a user is displayed in order to enable the lecturer to check the level. The lecturer and the user allow each other and perform a communication. |
