PURPOSE: An environment-friendly retaining wall using PHC piles is provided to enable natural greening and harmonization with surrounding environment and to reduce times and costs for construction. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly retaining wall using PHC piles comprises PHC piles, a cap beam(20), a wale(30), multiple ground anchors(40), a handrail(50), and a finishing layer(70). The lower ends of the multiple PHC piles are embedded into the ground and are connected in a row so a continuous pile wall is formed. The cap beam covers the top of the multiple PHC piles. The wale is formed on the front side of the continuous pile wall in two or more steps. The multiple ground anchors are installed on the ground of the rear surface of the continuous pile wall using the wale as an anchor plate. The handrail is fixed to the cap beam. The finishing layer is formed on the front side of the continuous pile wall. |
