PURPOSE: A pure oxygen combustion system using heat exchange is provided to improve energy application by exchanging the heat between liquefied natural gas and exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A pure oxygen combustion system using heat exchange comprises a combustor(110), a carbon dioxide extractor(120), and an oxidizer - carbon dioxide heat exchanger(130). The combustor mixes and burns an oxidizer(151) of gas phase and a fuel(141) provided from a fuel storage(140). The carbon dioxide extractor eliminates impurities from an exhaust gas(111), generated by combustion, and extracts carbon dioxide(112). The liquid oxidizer, provided from an oxidizer storage(150), absorbs the heat energy emitted from the carbon dioxide. The oxidizer-carbon dioxide heat exchanger converts the oxidizer to gas phase from the liquid state and cools the carbon dioxide.
