PURPOSE: An insert fixing device for an aluminum mold is provided to simplify a drilling process by fixing an insert fixing holding fixture to an aluminum mold while drilling. CONSTITUTION: An insert fixing device for an aluminum mold comprises a vertical penetrating hole(124) and a fixed supporter(20). The vertical penetrating hole is formed along the center circumference of a projection(144) of a head unit(12). The fixed supporter is inserted between an insert(10) and an aluminum die around a support stopper(23). A machine tool insert unit(22) is formed on the upper side of the support stopper. A screw unit(24) and drill unit(25) are formed on the lower side of the support stopper.
