PURPOSE: A solar cell including a single crystal silicon nano wire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by using a plurality of nano wires which are vertically deposited on an aluminum substrate. CONSTITUTION: A nano porous mold(102) is prepared. A metal nano particle is plated on the mold. A layer including a single crystal n-type silicon nano wire is formed by alternatively depositing an n type dopant and silicon on the plated mold. An n type silicon nano wire(101) is exposed from the layer including the single crystal n type silicon nano wire. A single crystal p type silicon layer(103) is formed by alternatively depositing a p type dopant and silicon on the exposed nano wire. |
