PURPOSE: An excavating apparatus having a suction function is provided to reduce times and costs for construction by sucking soil simultaneously with excavation. CONSTITUTION: An excavating apparatus having a suction function comprises a suction tank, a suction hose(22), a guide member(24), an excavation plate(40), and a driving unit(30). The suction tank generates suction force, sucks soil, and stores the soil. The suction hose connects to the suction tank and sucks the excavated soil. The guide member is coupled with the inside of the suction hose and is rotated. The excavation plate is coupled with the front end of the suction hose and performs excavation. The driving unit comprises a drive motor(34) driving the guide member.
