PURPOSE: A pallet is provided to stably and safely load and transport goods and to prevent the goods from being separated from the pallet. CONSTITUTION: A pallet comprises a corner frame(110), a base frame(120), a side frame(130), an upper support frame(140), a pillar, and a net. The corner frame comprises a guide piece and a coupling hole(111). The base frame is inserted into the guide piece and is attached to the lower part of the guide pieces. The side frame is inserted into the guide piece, is attached to the upper part of the guide pieces, and makes a support piece protruded inward. The upper support frame is attached between the side frames and both ends thereof are hung on the support piece.
