<p>A limb-exercising system for attaching to a swivel chair 112 on castors 118 which are connected to the chair legs 116 by pivot pins, the limb-exercising system including a rigid platform 120, at least one interchangeable limb-exercising unit coupled to the platform, a force resistor and a cable, the rigid platform 120 being coupled with at least 3 pivot pins such that relative movement between the rigid platform 120 and the office swivel chair 112 is minimal. Various exercise devices may be provided for the knees, legs, deltoids or arms. There may be a sensor to measure usage and a corresponding user interface device. The rigid platform may utilise a hook to engage with a pivot pin which is connected to a frame by an adjustable fastener wherein the frame has support blades which engage with other pivot pins.</p> |
