PURPOSE: A method for enhancing sensitivity of cancer cells with respect to compounds or radiation is provided to suppress cancer cell proliferation and to ensure sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer adjuvant contains an inhibitor of TSPLY 5 protein having an amino acid of sequence number 1. The TSPLY 5 expression inhibitor is antisense nucleotide or small interfering RNA. The compound is cisplatin, methyl methane-sufonate(MMS), or hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2).
