PURPOSE: A transmission of a hybrid vehicle is provided to improve fuel efficiency and to cost-efficiently constitute a power train of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A transmission of a hybrid vehicle comprises a first differential gear(1), a second differential gear(3), first and second motor generators(MG1, MG2), and first and second fixing mechanisms. The first differential gear comprises four or more first rotation elements. Two of the first rotation elements are selectively connected to each other. The second differential gear comprises three or more second rotation elements. One of the second rotation elements is connected to one first rotation element, and the other one second rotation element is connected to the other first rotation element. The first motor generator is connected to the first rotation elements. The second motor generator is connected to the second rotation element which is connected to the first rotation element. The first fixing mechanism restricts the rotation of the second rotation element which is not connected to the second motor generator. The second fixing mechanism restricts the rotation of one second rotation element connected to the second motor generator.
