PURPOSE: A lift device using a wire rope is provided to minimize tensile force applied to a drive line by installing a wire rope for towing the drive line and a trolley in a convey member. CONSTITUTION: A lift device using a wire rope comprises a mast(10), a convey member(20), a cable unit(40), and a trolley unit(30). The mast is installed along the outer wall of a building. The convey member is arranged on one side of the mast and is ascended and descended along the mast. The cable unit is connected to the convey member and supplies power to convey member. The trolley unit moves the cable unit.
