PURPOSE: A shield type oil pollutant collecting system is provided to minimize damage to a marine ecosystem and improve absorption efficiency and work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A shield type oil pollutant collecting system comprises a pair of first buoyancy members(100), a removal cloth(200), a second buoyancy member(300), a third buoyancy member(400), an adsorption fabric fixture(600), and a fixing pin(510). The first buoyancy member floats on the bottom and is formed of buoyancy ropes. The removal cloth has multiple fitting holes. The second buoyancy member is coupled with the removal cloth at a right angle. The third buoyancy member is linked to both ends of the second buoyancy member. The adsorption fabric fixture connects to the end of the third buoyancy member. The fixing pin couples the adsorption cloth with the adsorption fabric fixture.
