PURPOSE: A tidal- or water-power generating structure is provided to enable electricity to be smoothly generated by tidal power regardless of the shape of submarine topography under the water. CONSTITUTION: A tidal- or water-power generating structure comprises a rotating blade(12), a power generating body(11), a power generating unit(10), a direction change unit(20) and a landing structure(30). The rotating blade generates torque by water- or tidal-power. The power generating body is coupled to the rotating blade. The power generating body receives torque and generates power. The power generating unit comprises a rudder. The rudder guides the rotating blade in a direction of receiving the tidal- or water-power. The rudder receives tidal- or water-power. The direction change unit guides the power generating unit so that the rotating blade can be changed in all directions. |
