PURPOSE: A heat dissipation material including C-CNT-Ag is provided to improve the efficiency for heat dissipation by dispersing CNT with excellent heat dissipation to a heat dissipation material together with C and Ag. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a heat dissipation material including C-CNT-Ag comprises the steps of: mixing 20-40 parts by weight of C powder, 1-2 parts by weight of dispersant, 20-40 parts by weight of epoxy resin, and 10-30 parts by weight of a mixture of toluene and propylene glycol mono ether and mixing them with a 3-shift roller to prepare C base; mixing CNT powder with isopropyl alcohol and applying ultrasonic waves to prepare a stretched CNT; mixing 20-40 parts by weight of Ag powder, 1-2 parts by weight of dispersant, 20-40 parts by weight of epoxy resin, and 10-30 parts by weight of a mixture of toluene and propylene glycol mono ether nd mixing them with a 3-shift roller to prepare Ag base; and putting C base, a mixture of CNT with isopropyl alcohol, Ag base, epoxy resin binder, and toluene and propylene glycol mono ether as solvents into an overhead stirrer and stirring them.
