摘要

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing the display efficiency of a non-fusion spore display method of a target protein is provided to obtain a target protein through a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing the display efficiency of a non-fusion spore display method of a target protein comprises: a step of constructing a vector containing a nucleotide sequence encoding a target protein and a promoter which is operatively linked to the nucleotide sequence; a step of transforming a spore-forming microorganism with the vector; a step of culturing the spore-forming microorganism to express the target protein and display the target protein on the surface of the spores in microorganism cells; and a step of obtaining the spores having surface-displayed target proteins.
