PURPOSE: A display device and an electronic apparatus are provided to increase the gray level of luminance without increasing the number of a step of a signal potential. CONSTITUTION: In a display device and an electronic apparatus, a first signal potential(Vsig1) is instituted in a step of 0. A second signal potential(Vsig2) is respectively instituted within a step of 4k-4 or 4k+1. A signal voltage is instituted by controlling only the second signal potential. A signal electric potential generating unit generates a first signal potential and a second signal potential. |
