PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar coupler is provided to facilitate connection of reinforcing bars in one-touch manner in site without additional equipment. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar coupler comprises a housing(10), a ratchet frame(20), and a ratchet frame rotation support device. A reinforcing bar(1) is inserted into the housing, and the housing comprises a reinforcing bar insertion hole(11) and a ratchet frame insertion hole(12). The ratchet frame is inserted into the ratchet frame insertion hole. The front end of the ratchet frame is rubbed with a joint projection(1a). The ratchet frame rotation support supports the ratchet frame to be rotatable in order to restrict the joint projections of the reinforcing bar.
