PURPOSE: A light emitting element transferring apparatus and a light emitting element test hander are provided to cost effectively manufacture light emitting elements by reducing time required for transferring the light emitting elements. CONSTITUTION: A first installation unit(12) installs a picking-up unit for transferring light emitting elements. A second installation unit(13) elevates the first installation unit. An operating unit(14) is composed of a first cam unit, a first moving unit, a second cam unit, and a second moving unit. The first moving unit moves along a first operating surface to elevate the first installation unit. The second moving unit moves along a second operating surface to move the second installation unit between a first position and a second position. A driving unit(15) rotates the first cam unit and the second cam unit.
