PURPOSE: A microwave oven having a hood is provided to enable the cooling of a less-heat radiating part to be independent from a much-heat radiating part since the cooling of a part is made more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven having a hood comprises a cavity(100), an part cooling fan(187), a heater cooling fan(192) and a motor cooling fan. The microwave oven further comprises a vent fan(197). The cavity comprises a cooking chamber and an electronic chamber. The part cooking fan forms air flow for cooling electronic parts in the electronic chamber. The heater cooling fan forms air flow for cooling a heater in the cavity. The motor cooling fan forms air flow for cooling a turntable motor in the cavity. The vent fan forms air flow for a hood function. The air flow formed by the motor cooling fan is branched from the air flow formed by the part cooling fan.
