PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing the inner diameter of a rudder for a ship is provided to improve reliability of a product by the improvement of roughness on the inner diameter of the rudder. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing the inner diameter of a rudder for a ship comprises a boring bar(100), a rotating unit(200), a moving body unit(300), a height adjusting unit(400), and a translational motion unit(500). The rotating unit supports the boring bar at a fixed height and rotates the boring bar. The moving body unit comprises a moveable member(310), a support member(320), a bite joining member, and a screw member. The moveable member moves along the longitudinal direction of the boring bar. The bite joining member is inserted into and extracted from a hollow portion of the support member along the height direction of the support member. A finish cutting bite is coupled with the bite joining member. The screw member is placed inside a second space portion of the boring bar. The height adjusting unit inserts and extracts the bite joining member along the height direction of the support member. The translational motion unit linearly reciprocates the moving member along the longitudinal direction of the boring bar.
